Studio

Notley Veeroo Architects is a boutique architectural practice based in Suffolk, specialising in hospitality, residential, and heritage-led architecture. We work with all stakeholders including investors, estate owners, and asset managers across the UK and internationally to implement design led-strategies for long term sustainable improvements.

Founded by architects Will Notley and Navin Veeroo, the studio brings over 40 years of combined architectural experience delivering high-value projects — from five-star hotels, luxury wellness retreats, and boutique residential developments to the adaptive reuse of listed buildings and sensitive rural estate regeneration.

With a strong foundation in both creative design and technical delivery, we offer a fully integrated approach — from early-stage concept development and feasibility studies to planning, detailed design, and on-site execution. We collaborate closely with development teams, hotel operators, estate managers, and consultants to ensure every project is contextually grounded, commercially viable, and environmentally responsible.
